Governing Law:

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed under the law of Jurisdiction at the Court of Arbitration of Bangalore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jurisdiction of Bangalore. The arbitration shall take place at Bangalore according to the rules and proceedings of the "Court of Arbitration" of Bangalore.

REFUND POLICY

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back only the deposit, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.

Refund will be processed within 30 working days of device hand-over to Antariksh Broadband.

The ONU devices provided by Antariksh Broadband either against a security deposit or as a bundled plan will remain the property of Antariksh Broadband at all times and the company reserves the right to take it back in case the connection is terminated, surrendered or inactive.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how Antariksh Network Technologies ., (hereinafter referred to as "Antariksh"), handles or deals with your Personal Information including Sensitive Personal Data which Antariksh collects, receives, possesses, stores, deals or handles while you use Antariksh’s website, applications (hereinafter called as “apps”) and services (collectively, “Antariksh Products”) or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship.

This Policy should be read with Conditions of Customer Acquisition Form (CAF) for Antariksh’s Services, End User Agreement of Antariksh’s stream TV Box or any other terms agreed, document executed / signed by you, as may apply.

Registration, usage or purchase of any of Antariksh’s Products implies your express consent and agreement to this Policy.
